Our client, a leading organization in the technology support sector, is seeking a Geek Street Technical Support 2 to join their team. As a Geek Street Technical Support 2, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the onsite technical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Geek Street Technical Support 2
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay Range: $31/hr on W2
What's the Job?- Providing first-level triage and technical support to employees through tickets and in-person at the support desk
- Analyzing technician workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Documenting technical issues and assisting with system provisioning and device refresh/replacements
- Supporting IT project goals and maintaining physical and virtual asset stockrooms
- Communicating status updates with internal clients and supporting device setup and configuration
- Basic understanding of Windows troubleshooting and Android/iOS familiarity
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to take clear notes
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn from team members
- Interest in technology, with degrees related to Management Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or Information Technology preferred but not required
- Opportunity to develop technical skills through hands-on experience
