Associate Attorney

Associate Attorney (Entry-Level / No Experience Required) — Hybrid

Location: Fort Collins, CO (Hybrid Remote)

Salary Range: $80,000 – $125,000 (varies based on experience and other factors)

Bonus: Performance-based bonuses available

Anzen Legal Group is seeking a Colorado-licensed Associate Attorney to join our Fort Collins practice. This is a great opportunity for a new graduate or early-career attorney to gain hands‑on experience across a broad range of matters with mentorship and meaningful responsibility.

This position is hybrid remote , with the expectation that the attorney will be in our Fort Collins office on required in-person days based on client needs, hearings, training, and team collaboration.

You will work on matters involving:

• Business litigation
• Business law (contracts, entity formation, governance, and advisory support)

No prior experience is required. With training and supervision, you will:

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and correspondence
• Assist with discovery (written discovery, document review, and responses)
• Support case strategy and litigation preparation (hearings, mediation, trial prep)
• Participate in client meetings and maintain professional client communication
• Draft estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, related documents)
• Assist with probate filings and estate administration tasks
• Draft/review business agreements and formation/governance documents
• Track deadlines and manage case tasks using firm systems and workflows

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school (or equivalent)
• Strong legal writing, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively
• Professional judgment and strong attention to detail

• At least one year experience in litigation

This role is hybrid remote
. The selected candidate must be able to work in-person in Fort Collins on required days
, which may include hearings, client meetings, training, and collaboration days as needed.

• $80,000 – $125,000 base salary (depending on qualifications and experience
  )
• Performance bonuses
• Support/assistance for CLE credit costs
