The Order Fulfillment Clerk reports to the Materials Manager, Supply Chain & Logistics. The role supports daily order fulfillment operations to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The clerk coordinates between Operations, Shipping, Planning, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and timely within ERP and operational systems.
- Coordinate order flow and communicate status updates with Operations, Shipping, Customer Service, and Planning teams.
- Support shipping and fulfillment activities to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Review order details, inventory availability and shipment documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor open orders, backlog, and fulfillment priorities while escalating issues as needed.
- Assist with inventory tracking, material coordination, and order‑related reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to order fulfillment and shipping activities.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking and fulfillment timelines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational process enhancements.
- Participate in daily operational meetings and assist with follow‑up actions as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and operational procedures.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the fulfillment and operations teams as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or related coursework preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order fulfillment, customer service, logistics, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
- Experience working with ERP systems, inventory systems, or order management platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

Monday‑Friday, Day Shift. Overtime or weekends may be required.
CompensationHourly rate ranging from $18 to $20 USD. Eligible for bonus pay.
