Supplier Relationship Manager – Level II / Level III

Compensation

Supplier Relationship Manager II – Estimated annual base pay: $85,000 (minimum) – $110,000 (midpoint) – $136,000 (maximum)

Supplier Relationship Manager III – Estimated annual base pay: $105,000 (minimum) – $136,000 (midpoint) – $168,000 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities – Level II
  • Supplier Performance Management:
    Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed‑upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Relationship Development:
    Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
  • Issue Resolution:
    Proactively address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise with suppliers to maintain smooth operational workflows.
  • Strategic Sourcing Initiatives:
    Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Internal communication and presentations up to and including executive level reviews pertaining to supplier relationship strategy, performance, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities – Level III
  • Supplier Performance Management:
    Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against agreed‑upon metrics to ensure quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Relationship Development:
    Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to enhance cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
