Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple lower-level Supply Chain Project Coordinators (SCPCs) and Supply Chain Project Managers (SCPMs) while providing leadership guidance.
• Develop training plans for SCPCs and SCPMs while ensuring overall supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders including Subcontract Management, Purchasing Agents, Engineering teams, Operations teams, and Business Management teams.
• Define supplier requirements and evaluate strategies during proposals.
• Assist in developing the Program-level Supply Chain Management Plan.

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on Technical/Engineering concentration.
• 11+ years of experience in operations or a related area.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and expert contract management principles.
• Comprehensive experience across various phases of the product lifecycle, including prototyping, development, qualification, certification, Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP), Full Rate Production (FRP), and sustainment.
• Extensive experience in Program and Subcontract Management.
• Proficient in cost and schedule analysis.
• Expert in Design for Supply Chain (DFSC) initiatives.
• Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) and Aerospace and Defense (A&D) sectors.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% of the time on average.
