This is a great opportunity for an experienced Materials or Supply Chain leader who enjoys improving processes, driving inventory accuracy, and supporting manufacturing operations.
You ll oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and production material replenishment while leading a team focused on efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

- Lead warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions
- Manage material flow from receiving through production and customer shipment
- Drive inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation efforts
- Ensure materials are available to support production schedules
- Oversee Kanban and pull-based replenishment systems
- Improve material flow, warehouse efficiency, and inventory management processes
- Optimize warehouse layouts and storage strategies
- Support shipping operations and on-time customer deliveries
- Resolve material shortages, receiving discrepancies, and inventory issues
- Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Procurement, and Production leadership
- Lead and develop warehouse, inventory, and logistics personnel
- 5+ years of Materials, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management experience within manufacturing
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse, inventory, or logistics teams
- Strong inventory management and material flow expertise
- Experience improving warehouse operations and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of Kanban, pull systems, or lean manufacturing methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead teams and drive accountability
- Experience working with operational metrics and KPI management
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Lean manufacturing experience
- Warehouse optimization experience
- Inventory control and cycle count management expertise
- Strong understanding of manufacturing support operations
- Continuous improvement and process improvement experience
We re looking for someone who can walk in and quickly assess warehouse operations, inventory controls, material flow, and replenishment systems. Candidates with strong manufacturing, lean, warehouse leadership, and materials management experience will likely be the strongest fit.
