- Develop and implement long-term supply chain strategies aligned with business goals
- Analyze capacity, demand, inventory, and production capabilities to identify risks and opportunities
- Support production-location decisions, capacity planning, new product launches, key events, and supply network redesigns
- Monitor sales and operations planning metrics, cost-to-serve data, and overall supply chain performance
- Translate data and business requirements into clear recommendations and action plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve supply chain effectiveness, execution, and operational continuity
- Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, and other teams to align priorities and resolve supply challenges
- Develop contingency plans for capacity constraints, supply disruptions, and changing business needs
- Drive process improvements that strengthen planning accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to supply chain colleagues and cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in supply chain planning, production planning, demand planning, capacity planning, or network optimization
- Experience supporting new product launches or supply network changes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
- Experience using ERP, supply planning, and data-analysis tools
- Knowledge of sales and operations planning, inventory management, and cost-to-serve analysis
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience in medical devices or another regulated manufacturing environment
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- U.S. work authorization sponsorship eligibility applies to this Principal-level role
Demonstrates expertise in supply chain planning, production planning, and capacity planning, with a strong focus on data analysis and strategic decision-making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements in a regulated manufacturing environment.
