Commercial, Healthcare, and Civic Construction
A premier Northern Colorado builder is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead commercial construction projects from early negotiation and bidding through project completion. This role partners closely with the Superintendent and serves as a critical bridge between the Owner’s expectations and the project’s budget and schedule performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead project development from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage administrative and coordination functions across multiple projects
- Oversee preconstruction activities, buyout, and subcontract execution
- Review shop drawings and technical submittals
- Develop staffing plans and coordinate project teams
- Monitor quality control and schedule adherence
- Provide technical guidance to resolve field challenges
- Maintain alignment between client expectations and financial performance
- Competitive compensation: $100,000 – $120,000

- 5+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
