Telco Infrastructure HW Enablement – NEBS Manager

• Lead a team validating HPE Telco Core and RAN/Edge Infrastructure
• Lead validation activities for Telco Server BIOS, PTP, cyclic functional tests, NIC validation, RFC 2544, memory performance benchmarking, stress tests, thermal power and performance characterization, and NEBS testing
• Manage headcount, deliverables, schedules, costs, resources, goals, timelines, and budgets across multiple projects
• Communicate project status and elevate issues to managers, program managers, and internal and external development partners
• Manage outsourced partners and suppliers, including deliverables, product quality, schedules, and costs
• Identify process-improvement and cost-reduction opportunities
• Manage hiring, annual performance plans, coaching, and career development for assigned team members
• Recruit and support development of direct staff members
• Manage at least 4 employees, typically 8–15 direct reports

• First level university degree or equivalent experience required
• Advanced university degree may be held
• Typically 5 or more years of related work experience
• 2–4 years of people management experience
• Good understanding of the Telco domain
• Telco infrastructure experience
• Strong partner/customer engagement and management skills
• Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
• Advanced project management skills, including time and risk management, resource prioritization, and project structuring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage human capital across geographies

• Extensive knowledge of applications and technologies

• Mastery in English and the local language
