Job Title: Freight Handler
Location: Fort Collins, CO

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday: ~9-hour days, 5:30 AM – 2:45 PM
Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18 – $21/hour

• Prepare, package, and palletize products for shipment according to company and customer requirements
• Enter and maintain shipment and inventory information in systems like SAP or Oracle
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy
• Maintain safe lifting practices and handle materials up to 35 lbs
• Follow quality system procedures and report any non-conformances
• Assist in other shipping or production tasks as needed
• Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping to maintain a safe work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year experience in picking/packing, e-commerce fulfillment, or material handling
• Comfortable using computer systems and basic math skills
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar systems (preferred)
• Team-oriented, flexible, and able to work occasional overtime
• Ability to work in manufacturing conditions, including noise, dust, and temperature variations
• Must be physically able to lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions when loading and unloading trucks
• Overtime will be required at certain times
