Entry‑Level Mechanical Assembler (Contract‑to‑Hire)

We’re hiring entry‑level assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands‑on experience in mechanical and electrical assembly within a clean, modern production environment.

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM $19–$20/hr (DOE)
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM $20.63–$22/hr (DOE)

• Assemble and test small parts, subassemblies, and complete units
• Use hand and power tools to align, fit, and adjust components
• Follow work instructions and quality requirements
• Clean parts and maintain tools and equipment
• Work collaboratively in a team‑oriented setting

• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience (preferred)
• Mechanically inclined individuals that use hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Manual dexterity; blueprint reading is a plus
