• Sanding and operating table saws to support custom door production
• Setting up and operating machinery for accurate, efficient builds
• Handling raw materials and finished products safely
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety‑focused workspace

• Prior experience working in a wood shop required
• Background in cabinetry, millwork, or trim carpentry required
• Strong measuring skills and confidence working with wood
• Experience with molders, up‑cut saws, table saws, jointers, and routers
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
