Production Packaging Operator | Cleanroom Manufacturing Opportunity Fort Collins, CO

Are you looking for a stable manufacturing opportunity with a respected production team? We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our packaging operations team in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

As a Production Packaging Operator , you will be responsible for operating packaging and labeling equipment, performing quality inspections, completing production documentation, and supporting daily production goals while adhering to strict safety and GMP standards.

Pay & Schedule
  • 1st

    Shift: Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM ( $18.50/hr)

  • 2nd

    Shift: Monday–Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM ( $20.00/hr)

Additional Benefits

    August 10

  • Contract assignment through October 2026

  • Potential for extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate packaging, labeling, and production equipment according to established procedures

  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications

  • Accurately complete batch records, production logs, and related documentation

  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety guidelines

  • Perform routine machine monitoring and report any operational concerns

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the production area

  • Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency standards

  • Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with cleanroom requirements

  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production operations

Qualifications Required
  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 40 lbs.

  • Basic computer and math skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures

Preferred
  • Previous manufacturing, production, packaging, assembly, or machine operation experience

  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment

  • Familiarity with quality inspections and production documentation

  • Experience working in cleanroom settings

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $20.00/hr.
