** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products

+ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs

+ Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks

+ Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting

+ Complete production and quality documentation

+ Identify and communicate quality or process concerns

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

+ Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams

** What We're Looking For*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience

+ Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

+ Experience using hand tools and power tools

+ Strong attention to detail and quality

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions

+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

** Preferred Experience*
* + Technical certification or vocational training

+ Electronics, mechatronics, or related background

+ Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments

+ Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment

+ IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience

** Physical Requirements*
* + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods

+ Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day

+ Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed

+ Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work
