Electrical-Mechanical Assembler Fort Collins, CO $21/hour + 5% Bonus Opportunity Onsite Position
This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly experience who enjoys working with both electrical and mechanical components. You’ll be part of a manufacturing team producing quality products while building valuable technical skills in a stable, growing environment.

- Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs
- Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks
- Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting
- Complete production and quality documentation
- Identify and communicate quality or process concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3+ years of electro‑mechanical assembly experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Technical certification or vocational training
- Electronics, mechatronics, or related background
- Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment
- IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
- Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work
