Maintenance Supervisor

I'm partnering with a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company that is looking to add a Production Maintenance Supervisor to its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance leader who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians supporting production and packaging equipment
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime
• Coordinate work orders, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory through a CMMS
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive continuous process improvements
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/FDA standards and company safety requirements
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams on equipment improvements, investigations, and capital projects
• Support employee training and development while fostering a strong safety culture

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar preferred)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS software (Maximo experience is a plus)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environments

• Competitive base salary ($95,000–$100,000 DOE)
