Senior Manufacturing Manager responsible for leading a highly technical, multi-shift plastics manufacturing operation covering injection molding, medical tubing extrusion, and assembly. Drives operational excellence across safety, quality, productivity, OEE, labor efficiency, scrap reduction, cost, and employee engagement in a 24/5 environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience;
Master’s preferred. - 10+ years manufacturing experience with 5+ years leadership experience.
- Strong experience in plastics manufacturing, especially injection molding; extrusion preferred.
- Multi-shift/24/5 or 24/7 manufacturing experience.
- Proven success improving OEE, labor efficiency, scrap, quality, and cost.
- Strong financial, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and data-analysis skills.
- SAP/manufacturing systems experience preferred.
