The coordinator will meet with both the mentor and the mentee to understand their personal likes and life experiences. Based on this, the coordinator will recommend suitable pairings based on personality compatibility.
The time commitment for this position is three to four hours per week.
The volunteer should have a desire and ability to get to know men without judgment, and possess a compassionate heart for men's needs.
A background check is required for this position.
