Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Office Float Pool for Cardiology & Pulmonology specialties. In this role, you will provide high-quality clinical support across approximately 4 local outpatient clinics, stepping in where your expertise is needed most. This position is ideal for an RN who values variety, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in multiple care settings while maintaining a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient nursing care in an outpatient medical office environment
- Float between assigned local clinics to support patient care needs and clinic operations
- Perform clinical assessments, triage, and patient education in collaboration with providers
- Support care coordination, documentation, and follow-up to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with clinical policies, quality standards, and patient safety guidelines
- Minimum Required
Education:
Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years experience. Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing. - Required Licensure/Certification:
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any relevant certification as determined at position level. - Minimum Experience:
6 months of nursing experience. - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
