Morning Star Senior Living - 360 Tenney Court - Responsibilities:
Administer and document regularly prescribed medications per the Medication Administration record observing the five rights for safe administering of meds and per physician orders;
Order meds from the pharmacy when prescribed to ensure availability;
Document medications immediately after administration in resident medical records;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration as ordered;
Administer PRN medications per physician order
