Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from May 19-June 12 at their Corporate Health clinic in Fort Collins, CO. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm and Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm with a 60-minute lunch break from 1-2pm.

Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Current open shifts are May 19, 20, 22, & 26 and June 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, & 12.
