Administer, pour, pass, and document routinely prescribed medications per physician orders under the direction of Wellness Director;
Order medications from the pharmacy 7 days prior to running out;
Document medications given in the resident's medical record after administration;
Take and record vital signs prior to administration as ordered;
Administer PRN medications per physician order
