Location: UCHealth Family Medicine Center - Ft Collins, CO

Department: PVH FMC Freestanding

Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $22.75 - $35.26 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Onsite: This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
  • State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
LPN Role and Responsibilities

LPN provides direct patient care under the supervision and delegation of a registered nurse, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
  • Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
  • Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
  • Monitors, documents, and communicates patient status and reactions to interventions.
