• Diagnose and treat patients with a range of critical illnesses and conditions within the Nurse Practitioner scope.
• Write treatment and medication orders, and provide emergency care when necessary.
• Continuously monitor patient care, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and plan individualized treatments.
• Establish care priorities and provide follow-up treatment as needed.
• Effectively communicate health findings, diagnoses, and prognoses to patients and their families.
• Support and guide patients in managing their health conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to evaluate and diagnose patient conditions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans; manage patient admissions and discharges per policy.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational practices.

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Colorado.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Critical Care (preferred).
• Active DEA certification.
