Job Summary
This RN Float Pool position supports patients and teams at Poudre Valley Hospital, Medical Center of the Rockies, and Greeley Hospital. The role is a full‑time night shift position with no hybrid or remote option.
Location and ScheduleUCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital – Fort Collins. Full Time, 2‑week pay period. Shift: nights.
CompensationPay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour plus a Float Pool differential. The Night Shift Incentive Program provides $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 per year) to full‑time night shift RNs.
Responsibilities- Provides top‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective and evidence‑based practice.
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Relevant certification as determined at position level.
- 6 months of Women and Infants nursing (RN) experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- NRP within 6 months of hire.
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer) with card in hand before start date; card must remain good through sixty days of hire.
