Overview

Provides direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Work Schedule

Full Time, 48.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days
Pay: $33.61 – $52.10 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate; collaborate across disciplines to coordinate transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support.
  • Assess learning needs of patient and/or family and provide education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  • Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel; may precept student nurses and new hires.
  • Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and work with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Required

    Education:

    Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered Nurse program if less than 3 years of experience; preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • Required Licensure/Certification:
    State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN);
    Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and any other relevant certification as determined at the position level.
  • Minimum Experience:

    6 months of nursing experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a fast‑paced environment.
