PrePost OP RN ASC

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with experience in various surgical settings.

• Patient Admission and Pre-Operative Assessment
• Patient Monitoring after anesthesia
• Patient Education of preoperative and post operative care
• Medication Administration
• Collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and the surgical team
• Emergency Response to any complications or emergencies
• Documentation to maintain accurate and detailed records
• Participation in Regulatory Compliance and safety protocols

• Current RN license in Colorado
• Previous experience in a pre-operative environment, recovery room, post‑anesthesia care unit (PACU), or critical care setting is required. ASC experience a plus
• Complete perioperative experience preferred.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) Required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) current or within 3 months

This position requires a commitment of 8-12 hours per week, one OR day per week (Wednesday).
