Job DescriptionWe're seeking a full‑time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Salud Family Health in Fort Collins, CO.
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, supporting patients and families in self‑management, self‑efficacy, and behavior change in a team‑based care environment.
We Offer- Starting Annual Salary - $98,100 to $131,850

- Education: Must have graduated or be graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Sensitivity to low‑income and ethnic minority communities is a must.
- Experience: Three years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred.
