Location

LPN Full‑time opportunities with our ambulatory care sites in Metro Denver. Cherry Creek, Highlands Ranch, and Littleton.

Primary and specialty care clinics, including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Urology, Neurology, and more.

Full‑time days, various shifts available.

$22.75 - $35.26 per hour, dependent on relevant experience.

Structured ladder for LPNs to grow skills, responsibilities and pay.

Tuition, books, fees 100% covered for certain approved degree programs via UCHealth Ascend program. Up to $5,250 per year for other educational opportunities.

Three‑Year Incentive Bonus paid each October after completion of three years of employment.

• Graduate of an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• BLS or CPR card issued by AHA or Red Cross in hand before start date and valid for 60 days of hire.

As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, LPN provides direct patient care in accordance with scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

• Contribute to assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN.
• Perform plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient status and reactions to interventions.
