Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Adult Primary Care

Mesa, AZ | Monday–Friday | $120,000–$150,000 Base + Bonus

A well‑known and stable primary care clinic in Mesa is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its adult primary care team. This is a great opportunity for a provider who wants a Monday–Friday outpatient role with strong support, excellent clinicians, and a clinic environment known for quality care and a strong reputation.

This role is open to new graduates, though candidates with 2–3 years of primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience are preferred.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient primary care to adult patients
  • Perform patient evaluations, follow‑ups, and wellness visits
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic testing
  • Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
  • Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support continuity of care in a team‑based clinic setting
What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as an NP or PA in Arizona
  • Completion of an NP or PA program in the United States
  • FNP or PA certification, as applicable
  • Interest in adult primary care
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
  • New graduates welcome
  • 2–3 years of primary care experience preferred
