We are seeking a Registered Nurse - Med Surg to provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with both acute and chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities- administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing treatment plans
- collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and discharge planning
- educating patients and families on disease management and post-discharge care
- accurately documenting patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
Qualifications include an Associate’s Degree or higher in nursing, an active RN license, at least 1 year of relevant experience, BLS certification, strong clinical skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records.
Preferred experiencePreferred experience includes cardiac, neuro, oncology, orthopedic, wound care, and related specialties.
Skills Required Are Assessment, Planning, Intervention, Evaluation, And Communication.Shift is night, with options for full-time or part-time roles.
