RN - Acute Care - Night Shift

Role Overview:

This position involves providing direct patient care in an inpatient Behavioral Health unit, supporting a multidisciplinary team with a focus on safety, wellness, and evidence-based practice. The role requires flexibility and cross-training in acute care settings, primarily during night shifts.

• Deliver top-of-scope nursing care utilizing the nursing process
• Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Precept and mentor new healthcare staff
• Prioritize patient safety, wellness, and quality at the point of care
• Provide care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience)
• Valid RN licensure and at least 6 months of nursing experience
• BLS certification through American Heart Association or Red Cross
