Amazing Care, Inc. is seeking an LPN to provide in-home skilled nursing visits in Fort Collins, Colorado. You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans, and educate clients and families in their homes.
The role is part-time (10–20 visits per week) with pay per skilled visit ($40–$42) and a sign-on bonus of $2,000 for full-time or $1,000 for part-time, paid at 90 days. Colorado LPN license and 1–2 years of home-health experience are required.
