We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and compassionate Registered Nurse – OR Circulator to join our dedicated Surgical Services team. In this critical role, you will serve as the primary patient advocate throughout the entire perioperative experience — from pre-operative preparation through intraoperative care and handoff to the post-anesthesia care team.
As an OR Circulator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the operating room environment, ensuring that every surgical procedure is conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with established standards of care. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, anesthesiologists, scrub technicians, surgical technologists, and support staff to deliver exceptional outcomes for every patient.
This position offers a 4 x 10-hour shift schedule , providing an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients and their families. The successful candidate will also have the flexibility and willingness to float to our Loveland Campus OR as needed to support staffing and patient care demands across our surgical services network.
Key Responsibilities .- Float to the Loveland Campus OR as needed, adapting quickly to varying team dynamics, surgical specialties, and facility-specific workflows
- Current and unrestricted
** Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
** in the state of Colorado, or eligibility through a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree in Nursing minimum; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred)
- Current
Basic Life Support (BLS)certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) e - Demonstrated ability to think critically and make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced, high-acuity surgical environment
- Minimum 1–2 years of Operating Room (OR) circulating experience
strongly preferred - Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)nursing experience will be considered in lieu of direct OR experience
- CNOR Certification (Certified Nurse Operating Room) through the Competency and Credentialing Institute (CCI) strongly preferred
