Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is one of the fastest-growing units within the Banner Health system, and we're looking for a passionate, skilled ICU RN to grow with us. What Makes This Role Unique Mixed Acuity Unit — Care for patients across the acuity spectrum, including ICU, PCU, and Medical-Surgical status patients, all within your nursing scope of practice

Flexible Patient Ratios — ICU RNs may care for M/S or PCU-status patients at a maximum 1:4 ratio, giving you variety while maintaining safe, quality care

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill and acutely ill patients within a mixed acuity setting

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Banner Health standards

Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families

Uphold Banner Health's commitment to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction

Required:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Preferred:

Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred

Experience in a mixed acuity or progressive care environment a plus Additional certifications (e.g., CCRN) are a bonus

This is a night shift opportunity (7:00 p.m.

-7:30 a.m. with generous shift differentials and a weekend and holiday rotation.
