Banner Fort Collins Medical Center is one of the fastest-growing units within the Banner Health system, and we're looking for a passionate, skilled ICU RN to grow with us. This is a unique opportunity to be part of something special — a mixed acuity nursing unit that blends the intensity of critical care with the breadth of medical-surgical and progressive care nursing.

Mixed Acuity Unit — Care for patients across the acuity spectrum, including ICU, PCU, and Medical-Surgical status patients, all within your nursing scope of practice

ICU RNs may care for M/S or PCU-status patients at a maximum 1:4 ratio, giving you variety while maintaining safe, quality care

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill and acutely ill patients within a mixed acuity setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions of care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with Banner Health standards
• Serve as a resource and advocate for patients and their families
• Uphold Banner Health's commitment to safety, quality, and patient satisfaction

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Colorado (or compact license eligibility)
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care

• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience preferred
• Experience in a mixed acuity or progressive care environment a plus

Additional certifications (e.g., CCRN) are a bonus

This is a night shift opportunity (7:00 p.m.

-7:30 a.m. with generous shift differentials and a weekend and holiday rotation.
