Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Quality Management:
Oversees the evaluation and monitoring of supplier quality performance to ensure adherence to company standards.

Team Leadership and Development:
Manages and mentors the supplier quality team, conducting performance reviews and facilitating professional growth.

Quality Improvement Strategies:
Develops and implements initiatives aimed at enhancing supplier quality and mitigating risks.

Cross Functional

Collaboration:

Partners with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality issues and optimize supplier performance.

Performance Metrics Analysis:
Analyzes quality data and metrics to identify trends, generate reports, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
