Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Type: Evaluation Hire
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a Quality Technician to support product quality and compliance throughout the production process. This role is responsible for performing incoming, in-process, and final inspections, identifying quality issues, maintaining accurate inspection records, and partnering with production teams to ensure products meet established standards.

- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure products meet quality, workmanship, labeling, and packaging standards.
- Conduct inspections, measurements, and testing while reviewing production and quality documentation for accuracy.
- Identify, document, and communicate defects, nonconformances, and process deviations; support containment and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production teams on quality standards, participate in audits and investigations, and recommend process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, or a related technical environment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions, specifications, and production documentation with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated integrity, sound judgment, and a sense of urgency.
Pay: $18-20 Per Hour DOE
