Position Summary
The Department of Psychology seeks Research Associate positions temporary or special assignment. Positions support research in areas including Applied Social and Health, Cognitive, Cognitive Neuroscience, Counseling and Industrial/Organizational psychology.
Salary Range$35,000 - $75,000
EssentialJob Duties
- Support grant and department research in Psychology.
- Collect, manage and analyze research data.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, materials and documentation.
- Perform additional duties as needed by PI and faculty.
Background check required. No supervisory duties.
Minimum QualificationsResearch Associate I:
Bachelor’s degree and less than 3 years of professional post-baccalaureate experience.
Research Associate II:
More than 3 years of relevant professional experience or Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with no other significant experience.
Research Associate III:
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years work-related experience or Master’s degree with at least 2 years experience;
Ph.D. with no additional experience may be appointed.
Research Associate IV:
Bachelor’s degree with 10 years experience or Master’s degree with more than 5 years experience;
Ph.D. with at least 2 years may be appointed.
