We're looking for a Laboratory Technician to support a Research & Development team focused on testing, validation, and laboratory operations.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working in a lab environment, paying attention to detail, and helping support scientific testing and product development activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Support testing and validation activities for environmental monitoring products

Collect, organize, and document test data

Assist with data analysis and reporting

Prepare test solutions and chemical reagents

Calibrate laboratory and reference instrumentation

Maintain chemical inventory and laboratory supplies

Clean and prepare glassware and testing equipment

Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment

Follow documented testing procedures and laboratory protocols

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Excellent attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong organizational skills

Preferred Experience

Previous laboratory experience

Experience working with testing equipment or scientific instrumentation

Data collection and documentation experience

Experience following detailed procedures and protocols
