Prepares meat products according to standards (cutting, grinding, wrapping, trimming); handles boneless meat products and maintains quality;
Leverages handheld technology to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and support training and product quality decisions;
Maintains operational excellence and ensures proper packaging, labeling, and storage of meat in accordance with policies.
