Retail/Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift

• Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and via email, assisting customers with order inquiries and fulfillment.
• Accurately pull materials to complete customer orders, performing thorough checks to ensure correct products and quantities.
• Manually load and unload a variety of materials, including lumber and sheet goods, with assistance as needed.
• Operate power miter saws and panel saws to perform rough cuts-to-length and cut plywood panels according to customer specifications.
• Organize and maintain inventory by facing and flat-stacking materials, ensuring a clean and accessible stock.
• Efficiently restock materials using carts and pallet jacks, ensuring proper placement and organization.
• Securely wrap orders and assist with loading them into customer vehicles or preparing them for scheduled deliveries.
• Support delivery operations as required, working in collaboration with Level 2 or Lead personnel.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of both indoor and outdoor warehouse spaces, including the removal of trash and debris.
• Engage in training for forklift operation and adhere to comprehensive warehouse safety standards.
• Ensure precise documentation of all orders and stock movements.
• Undertake additional duties and tasks as assigned by supervisors or management to support overall operational needs.

Retail/Warehouse Associate

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience in pick/pack operations.
• Ability to handle cashiering duties as needed.
