Retail Sales Associate Part Time

Job Responsibilities

Ability to work well and consult with retail sales associates at all levels and contribute to a positive work environment.

Collaborate with associates to build relationships with customers from greeting through post‑sale contact.

Assist with visual merchandising, store set‑up, and other store‑related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.

Handle the cash register as a cashier at the point of sale.

Stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise or supplies, and differentiate between fabric patterns and colors.

Pay Range: $16.00–$20.00/hr base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable. The final salary will be determined based on individual skills, background, and experience. Employees may have the opportunity to voluntarily work between multiple store or site locations and across multiple brands.
