Assigned to specific client accounts, responsible for all sales activities related to the assigned account(s), responsible for creating and maintaining a projected volume of business, based on annual/monthly sales goals. Leads and directs work with other Sales Department personnel to meet and exceed client expectations and company objectives.
Essential Duties:- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
- Coordinates and reviews activities related to each job as needed with Design, Estimators, Permitting, and Project Management.
- Target new accounts, identify and contact, evaluate potential opportunities, prioritize in accordance with strategies, and take the lead on outreach.
- Share the story, present proposals, and successfully negotiate to secure projects and achieve quarterly/annual sales goals.
- Plan, lead and participate in virtual kick-off calls / presentations, networking and other industry events and activities.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Assist in developing marketing content.
- Assist in establishing outbound sales practices and business development strategy, sales processes, and best overall practices.
- Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with clients, co-workers, and others, as necessary.

- Successful track record managing strategic account relationships with architects, design firms, program accounts, general contractors, and specialty subcontractors.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to develop and deliver polished presentations.
- Proven track record planning and managing resources.
- Positive attitude and willingness to engage internal and external stakeholders, navigating uncomfortable conversations.
- Bachelor’s degree or three to five years related experience.
- Some travel required to attend client meetings and conferences as planned.
- Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Skills:
- Experience with Computer Systems – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Proficient reading architectural plan sets, takeoffs, and estimates
- Competent with data analysis & forecasting
- Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and established relationships with key trade partners
- Salesforce and basic CRM knowledge
- Ability to sit and use a computer for long periods of time.
- Lift up to 15 pounds when necessary.
- Perform the following tasks during the workday – reading, writing, speaking, listening, typing, siting, standing, walking.
- Travel as necessary.
- Ability to walk construction sites, if necessary.
Full-time position in an office environment. The noise level is usually quiet to moderate.
Working Hours:Monday through Friday 7:00am-4:00pm. Two 15-minute rest breaks and one 1-hour lunch break each day.

Salary Range:$60,000-$77,000 / year + commission
