What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell implantable devices for specific therapies to physicians, institutions, payors, and medical staff
  • Develop and manage relationships with strategic implanting centers to enhance account growth
  • Provide technical support and consultation on product and therapy usage
  • Analyze sales trends and collaborate with Neuro business partners to formulate marketing strategies
  • Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures while performing all job duties
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 6+ years of relevant sales or clinical experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; or
  • Associate's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
  • Proven ability to independently travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge of the reimbursement climate
  • Experience calling on physicians in related referral accounts such as Neurology or Oncology
  • Familiarity with operating room procedures and implantable devices
  • Strong skills in business planning and territory financial analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
