• Be a self‑starter and be willing to listen and learn.
• Come in every day you are scheduled with a smile and great attitude, and be ready to seize the day and every opportunity in front of you.
• Learn everything about the Nissan brand, and become an expert on the product so you can be a great resource for your customers. (You will be trained).
• Treat all customers with respect and care.
• Manage internet inquiries assigned to you and convert those leads into appointments.
• Make 40‑60 outbound calls, emails, texts a day to generate as many appointments for yourself as possible.
• Handle inbound sales phone calls, and convert those calls into appointments.
• Embrace training on the steps to a sale and trust the process to maximize your amount of customers sold.
• Follow up with your sold customers and make sure they are completely satisfied and get in as many perfect‑score surveys as possible.
