North America Inside Sales Manager
Estimated annual base pay: $63,000 (minimum) – $82,000 (midpoint) – $101,000 (maximum). Additional compensation includes an annual cash bonus opportunity and a 4.5% 401(k) match. All members receive tuition reimbursement and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, parental leave, adoption assistance, and an employee assistance program.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, cold calling, and other outreach efforts.
- Proactively cultivate new sales opportunities by engaging inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and advancing customer onboarding.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, encouraging repeat business and referrals while providing voice‑of‑customer feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Apply standardized sales procedures and strategies to maintain clear communication and engagement with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage customer interactions using technology to virtually connect with existing and prospective customers, supporting sales objectives and enhancing satisfaction.
- Use product and process knowledge, cross‑functional networks, and business analytics tools to address inquiries or concerns, resolve issues promptly, and serve as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to devise effective solutions that benefit both parties.
