Position: DEALERSHIP BDC PHONE/INTERNET SALES
Dellenbach Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative / Phone & Internet Sales Professional to join our growing team. This position is responsible for handling inbound sales calls, internet leads, text inquiries, and follow-up communication to help generate appointments and drive showroom traffic. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound phone calls, internet leads, emails, texts, and chat inquiries.

Set and confirm sales appointments for the dealership showroom.

Follow up with unsold prospects and previous customers to maintain engagement.

Build rapport with customers and gather information on vehicle needs, trade-ins, financing, and timeline.

Maintain accurate customer records and notes in CRM software.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of appointments.

Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.

Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealership professionally.

Assist with special marketing campaigns and promotions.

Strong communication skills via phone, email, text, and in person.

Positive attitude with strong work ethic.

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred.

Bilingual is a plus.
