Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $40,000 + uncapped commission
- 1st Year Earnings: $80,000–$90,000
- Top Performers: $100,000-$130,000 annually

AboutThe Role
If you’re competitive, driven, and want control over your income and career growth, this is a true hunter-style B2B sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
At Auto-Chlor, you’ll own your territory, build your book of business, and work directly with restaurant owners and operators throughout Northern Colorado.
This is NOT a warm-lead role; you’ll actively prospect and generate new business daily.
What You’ll Do- Conduct 20–30 in-person prospecting visits per day
- Build relationships with restaurant owners and decision‑makers
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business accounts
Sell commercial dishwashing and sanitation solutions - Manage your full sales cycle from lead to close
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Partner with service and installation teams to ensure successful account onboarding
- Hunter mentality, comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Self‑motivated, competitive, and driven by performance
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced field environment - Sales experience preferred (B2B, D2D, hospitality, or customer‑facing backgrounds are a plus)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Established company with 85+ years in business
- Clear path for growth and advancement
- High earning potential with uncapped commission
- Independence, manage your own territory and results
