Responsibilities

  • Leading and executing the regional growth strategy, leveraging industry expertise to expand market share, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently deliver high‑value orders.
  • Taking full ownership of the technical sales cycle, driving opportunities from initial inquiry through qualification, technical assessment, proposal development, negotiation, and final order.

  • Developing and presenting strategic, tailored proposals that demonstrate clear value, technical depth, and strong understanding of customer priorities.
  • Partnering closely with engineering, commercial operations, and leadership to shape winning deal strategies, manage risk, and accelerate approvals for key opportunities.
  • Negotiating terms and conditions with authority, balancing customer expectations with commercial frameworks and long‑term business objectives.
  • Guiding customers through detailed evaluations, providing seasoned insight, clarifying technical considerations, and supporting informed decision‑making.
  • Building and growing trusted relationships with key accounts, earning long‑term engagement by consistently delivering expertise, reliability, and measurable results.
  • Driving territory‑specific engagement strategies, applying market intelligence and competitive awareness to target the right opportunities at the right time.
  • Collaborating effectively with technical sales support to ensure accurate, timely proposals and seamless execution of customer requirements.
  • Leading the development of significant, high‑value orders within a competitive medium‑sized territory, consistently operating with urgency, discipline, and strong business acumen.
  • Managing a complex pipeline with precision, maintaining clear visibility into forecasts, opportunity health, and regional performance drivers.
Requirements
  • Have solid technical acumen, with experience in industrial or power transmission solutions considered a strong advantage.
  • Have a proven ability to combine technical understanding with commercial instincts to create value and win business.
